Here at SkillsetGroup, we believe in celebrating achievements and fostering a sense of community. That's why our non-profit arm, SkillsetGives, recently sponsored a pizza party for the hardworking students at Alondra Middle School in Paramount. These students weren’t just enjoying any pizza; they were being recognized for their academic achievements throughout the school year.
The South LA metro area, especially Paramount, holds a special place in our hearts. Our Chief Marketing Officer, Jose Baca, resides in Paramount and is a strong advocate for the community. This pizza party is just one of many charitable outreach projects we've undertaken to support and uplift our local neighborhoods.
Alondra Middle School is known for its commitment to academic excellence and student development in an area that truly needs this kind of commitment to academic values. By sponsoring events like this, we aim to encourage students to continue striving for success and to instill a sense of pride in their accomplishments.

Seeing the smiles on the faces of these young achievers as they enjoyed their pizza was a rewarding experience for all involved. It’s moments like these that remind us why we started SkillsetGives—to make a positive impact and give back to the communities that have supported us.
