The Easter Bunny and SkillsetGroup staffing and consulting firm are pleased to announce a new partnership to provide hundreds of Paramount families with free Easter baskets April 8.
“Paramount is my home, and we’ve found dozens of local clients hundreds of local employees over the years,” said SkillsetGroup CMO Jose Baca. “That’s why we give back to the community however we can. We have a reputation for building lucrative business partnerships, so when we approached the Easter Bunny, he was immediately on-board.”
Paramount City Council Member Brenda Olmos will join event, which will include promotion of SkillsetGroup's nonprofit, SkillsetGives.
"Our local business community is the lifeblood of the city," Olmos said. "And SkillsetGroup/SkillsetGives is deeply connected to our community. In addition to fun events like the Easter Basket giveaway, SkillsetGives supports local scholarships through the PEP Board, as well as local veterans. This is a great example of how business can help build thriving communities, here in Paramount and throughout Los Angeles."
SkillsetGives hosts an annual charity golf tournament to benefit PEP (the Paramout Education Partnership) and 42MM, a golf-based veterans support group.
- What: SkillsetGroup will host the Easter Bunny so families can get photos together with him. DJ Kiddo will be spinning family-friendly tunes and SkillsetGroup will provide light refreshments.

- Where: SkillsetGroup Paramount (15737A Downey Ave., in the Paramount Plaza)
Baskets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. One basket per child; children must be present to receive baskets.
The Easter Bunny will be available to pose with kids for family photos shot with personal phones and cameras; no photo packages for sale.
