SkillsetGroup started its relationship with a pistachio farm in California in 2013 when our CEO Clint Armstrong found the orchard and packaging operation its new CEO.
Since 2013, SkillsetGroup staffed 14 more executives at the plant who oversaw massive increases in efficiency through automation. The leaders and technical personnel SkillsetGroup provided to the farm have made it one of the biggest producers not only in California and the U.S., but in the world.
The farm and plant now processes over 110 million pounds of pistachios, annually, and serves more than 50 foreign markets.
Now that's nuts.
