SkillsetGives Holiday Food and Toy Drive 2024


This holiday season we are getting in the spirit of giving. We have decided to run a food and toy drive throughout all of our SoCal offices to support those most in need this time of year. This drive will run starting today through December 14th. Acceptable donations include full-sized sealed hygiene products, sealed canned, non-perishable, or shelf stable foods, and new children's toys in their original packaging. We encourage you to donate if you are able and tell your friends and family if they are interested in supporting and helping us give back to our local communities and uplift those that need it most. This drive will be supporting Orangewood Foundation, the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, and Children's Hospital Orange County. SkillsetGives Annual Charity Golf Tournament

SkillsetGives, SkillsetGroup's owned-and-operated non-profit, is pleased to announce that our 3rd Annual Charity Golf Tournament was a great success. When our supporters arrived at Coyote Hills Golf Course in Fullerton we could not have expected such strong support from you all. SkillsetGives raised over $35,000 together with our sponsors and attendees, the highest amount from a single event in our years of efforts.

The funds raised from this year's event will, as in the past, go on to support our amazing beneficiaries at 42MM, veterans' golf support group, and PEP, providing scholarships to underprivileged youth in the city of Paramount, CA. In addition to supporting our wonderful partners, our fundraising supports our direct charitable endeavors such as our Annual Easter Basket Giveaway, sponsoring local school kids' academic achievement, and more. Our focus is on supporting the local communities where we do business, so we can not only put people to work on our corporate side, but also uplift communities from the ground up, improving the quality of life for all.

With our 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament we were able to raise a sizeable sum of over $28,000, now being overshadowed by our most recent annual fundraising tournament. These funds will be used to further our fundraising goals with our partners and with more of our own community events like our Easter Basket Giveaway earlier this year. With your help we can achieve so much more than we have already been able to do. We strive to support our local communities and help families and youth in need!
