Dennis Avery, after five accomplished years at SkillsetGroup, said working in the firm’s team environment has pushed his career to new heights.
Dennis, who started as an account manager, said the limitless growth opportunities working for SkillsetGroup are unlike other places in the corporate world.
“The team environment we have and strive for really pushes everyone to achieve their best,” Dennis said. “I started out as an account manager in 2016, then into division manager for skilled labor, then VP of operations, and now VP of sales. There are really no glass ceilings for anyone in the company.”
Dennis helped pioneer our evidence-based client onboarding and client success processes, as well as establishing multiple lucrative partnerships with Southern California businesses. Dennis has also worked to build the teams and maintain the facilities for our four offices in Los Angeles and Riverside counties.
Dennis’s duties include managing client relationships, supporting our business development executives and overseeing the day-to-day functions of the business to maintain the firm’s impressive growth rate.
