Maintenance Mechanic

SkillsetGroup is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to work in the Mira Loma, CA area. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery in a fast-paced bakery manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic electronic systems. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity.

Pay: $30–$34 per hour

Available Shifts:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

3rd Shift: Schedule to be confirmed

Days Off: TBD

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on production and bakery machinery

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic electronic systems

Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime

Inspect machinery and replace worn or damaged components

Complete maintenance documentation and follow established procedures

Follow HACCP, GMP, SOP, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience troubleshooting and repairing production machinery

Strong preventive maintenance experience

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

Basic electronics troubleshooting experience

Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and SOP requirements

Food production, bakery, packaging, or manufacturing experience is preferred

Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
