Description

SkillsetGroup is seeking an Extrusion Operator to work in the city of Carrollton, TX area.  This position requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual who can set up, operate, and monitor extrusion equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products.  This will be a 1st & 2nd shift positions and a Temp-to-hire opportunity.


  • Job Title: (5) Extrusion Operators
  • Duration:  Temp-to-hire
  • Pay: $17-22/hr.
  • Shift Hours/Days: 
    • Shift:     7:45 am – 4:00 pm; Monday – Friday for (2 months training)
      • then MUST be open to 1st & 2nd Shift
      • 4 shifts since the beginning of the year we have two shift morning or night

                        A and D Nights 6:45pm-7:00am  

                        B-C Morning 6:45am-7:00pm 


Details:

  • 1+ years’ experience as an Extrusion Operator
  • Set-up/operate extrusion lines to produce HDPE film.
  • Operate extrusion machines to produce products efficiently and in compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor roll weights to make sure proper gauges are maintained.
  • Monitor the extrusion process, checking for product quality and safety compliance. Make necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications.
  • Familiar with OSHA and GMP standards
  • Bilingual a BIG plus
