Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

• Direct Hire 
• Pay: $30-34/hr. 
• Hours: 
  • 1st shift: 5:00 am - 1:30 am with OT
  • Ability to work 6 days a week, day off will be during the week – 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety procedures, prioritizing a safe working environment.
• Maintain (GMP’s), execute LOTO procedures.
• Perform basic metal fabrication using hand tools.
• Troubleshoot, install, repair, change overs, adjust, maintain all production machinery.
• Inspect and repair hydraulic-powered equipment.
• Maintain and repair HTST processing systems, nitrogen Injection systems, and CIP systems.
• Observe mechanical devices and identify issues.
• Set up and operate drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
• Maintain and document preventative maintenance programs.
• Create Purchase Orders (PO) for parts.

• Proficiency in basic mathematical operations and the interpretation of instructions in various formats.

• Aptitude to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and blueprints.
