- SkillSetGroup is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to work in the Costa Mesa, CA area. This position will join a design team for public infrastructure projects. This will be 1st shift and is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity. Job Title: Electrical Engineer Hours: 1st shift hours are 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday through Thursday. Details • BSEE or higher degree. • 3 to 10 years’ experience, preferably in design for water utilities. • 4160V and 480V power distribution design. • Low-voltage and instrumentation and control design. • Experience with NEC and electrical code requirements. • Experience with Instrumentation & Controls (I&C), PLCs and SCADA is highly desirable. • Capability in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation. • Experience using ETAP or similar electrical modeling software. • Ability to manage and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment. • Registered PE or ability to become registered is preferred Benefits • 401k • Health insurance
