Pay: $70,000 to $80,000

Description:

• Title: Warehouse Senior Supervisor 
• Direct Hire
• Pay: $75-80k/yr. ($85k/yr. for rockstar)
• Shift: 1^st shift; Monday – Friday starting at 7am with the flexibility to work other shifts 

Details:

• 5+ years supervisory experience in Food Manufacturing and Management.
• Implementing policies regarding GMPs, SOPs, SSOP’s, OSHA, HACCP requirements and Food Safety
• Oversee all Supervisor and leads within the department
• Implement performance metrics for warehouse department
• Develop warehouse operations systems and supervise daily activities of the warehouse (inventory control, space management, shipping, etc.)
• Responsible for employee scheduling, coach/drive performance improvements
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
