Shipping Lead

SkillSetGroup is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor in Oxnard, CA to work in a 1st shift position (8:00am – 4:30pm, Mon-Fri). Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, including expertise in UPS, FedEx, and Bill of Lading database software. The role involves processing orders, maintaining inventory, and coordinating freight logistics.

Pay: $20 - $24/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift (8:00am – 4:30pm, Mon-Fri)
 Experience: Minimum 5 years in shipping and receiving, supervisory or lead experience

Responsibilities:

• Process orders in ERP system and print labels
• Verify and maintain inventory records
• Process Job Traveler data, Bill of Lading, Customs Docs, and UPS orders
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries
• Receive and unload freight, ensure quality and quantity verification
