Sexual Harassment Training
SkillsetGroup is devoted to providing a safe work environment that is free from abusive conduct, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Mandated by law, SkillsetGroup requires its non-supervisory employees to take a 1-hour training in the prevention of sexual harassment and abusive conduct in the workplace effective Jan 1st, 2021. SkillsetGroup requires supervisory employees to take a 2-hour training in the prevention of sexual harassment and abusive conduct in the workplace. Employees must receive this training every two years from the date they took earned the certification. The training provided by SkillsetGroup complies with all applicable legal requirements. Employees are compensated for the time spent receiving the training. Once an employee has received the training, a certificate of training will be placed in the employee’s personnel file.
